It is a variety originating from the Hacienda de Cara Cara in Valencia (Venezuela). These oranges have an intense orange skin and a pinkish pulp, the same color as a raspberry. They have a low acidity profile, a sweet taste with a cherry aftertaste, and are very juicy.
