PLASTIFIED ELECTRO-WELDED NET

Galvanized, electro-welded and plastic-coated wire mesh with rectangular mesh 50x100 mm. The vertical and horizontal wires of the electro-welded mesh, both linear, are in galvanized steel. The plasticization is obtained through the exclusive sintering process. Thanks to the wide assortment, the mesh is suitable for multiple uses in residential, industrial and sports construction. The plasticization process gives the mesh characteristics of extreme resistance and durability, obtained by combining different protective elements: galvanizing, primer and PVC. The hot-dip galvanized steel base wire is immersed in a bath of special primer, an essential element for a perfect anchoring of the PVC to the metal. Plasticization follows by means of a fluid bed casting process, which guarantees a clean and homogeneous coverage over the entire surface of the mesh. ">
